Points to consider before booking / FAQS

Our property is located in Tapovan area, between Laxman and Ram Jhula, the two suspension bridges. Ram jhula is approx 1 Km and Laxman Jhula 1.5 Km. You can walk or either take tuk tuk. There is no problem in coming anytime of the night. 

You can check in anytime after 07 am free of cost if  room is ready at that time. Early check in cant be confirmed beforehand, not by paying extra money also. You have to book a day before as well. Late check out can be requested directly at reception.

Multiple rooms booked together cannot guarantee room next to each other, though we always try to allocate as its less hassle for us as well. 

You can cancel with Rs 100 flat transaction charges within 3 days of your arrival date.

Two wheelers can reach till hotel whereas road is narrow so car needs to be parked 100 meters before the hotel which is common car parking  space for 4 hotels down the hill.  Some days are busy and there is no space left we arrange your car park at goverment paid parking,  paybale by the guest.

Our hotel is not wheelchair accessible . You need to walk 100 meters uphill. We provide assistance with luggage with not more than 1 bag per person. 

Our Reception operates between 06:30 am to 11:30 am for check in. Any check in other than the specified time has to be informed before to reception over call, same day to avoid any inconvenience .

TV volume should always be at respectable level. Own speakers are not allowed after 10:00 pm.
